Authorities in the Ukraine say one man went to extreme lengths to clear snow from his local road. Apparently, the unidentified man called the cops, told them he had killed his mother's boyfriend, and asked them to bring a snowplow because it was difficult to reach his home. Officers made it to the house in just an SUV to find the victim alive and well. The alleged killer then admitted he made the story up because he was unhappy with how city workers plowed some nearby snow. He was fined about four dollars for making a false complaint.
