An Ohio State Trooper is being credited with saving a driver who was having a medical episode. Trooper Charles Hoskin pulled over the suspect for speeding just east of Akron. Dash cam video shows Hoskins approach the driver Stephan Elash as he was choking. The trooper proceeds to pull Elash out of the car and perform the Heimlich maneuver until Elash coughs up a bag of weed. He got stuck with a speeding ticket, failure to wear seatbelt and a marijuana possession charge.
