A South Carolina man is accused of tattooing a child in a McDonald's. Twenty-eight-year-old Brandon Presha is charged with illegal and underage tattooing. Laurens Police say video from inside the restaurant shows Presha tattooing a juvenile. He's being held on a 25-thousand-dollar bond.
