An Alaskan man is dead following a freak accident on a highway in Massachusetts. State Police say Thomas Arrington was traveling near Danvers when some debris fell out of a dump truck. A large piece of metal then smashed through Arrington's windshield, striking and killing him. He managed to stop his car, leaving a female passenger inside with only minor injuries. The dump truck driver is said to be cooperating with authorities, and there is no word on possible charges as of yet.
