A 36-year-old Bethesda man is charged with stealing erectile dysfunction and insomnia medications from a grocery store. Officials say Marc Shutta is charged with one count of theft in connection with the incident at the Giant food store on Old Georgetown Road. When Shutta was informed by the pharmacist that his health insurance would not cover the 350-dollar cost for the medications, Shutta allegedly grabbed the meds and fled the store. If convicted of the charges Shutta could face up to six months in jail and up to five-hundred dollars in fines.
