New York Police have arrested a homeless man who hit a six-year-old over the head with a laptop Sunday afternoon. The child was with his parents when he was attacked. He was taken to St Luke's hospital to be checked out by doctors. Cops cuffed the alleged attacker. They say he is 60-year-old Michael Johnson, who has 60 prior arrests. He has been charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child
