A man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to throwing a water pitcher at a judge. Travis Burroughs hurled a metal pitcher filled with water at Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Wanda Heard after the judge sentenced Burroughs for sex crimes in 2019. Circuit Court Judge Lawrence Daniels sentenced Burroughs to ten-years in prison to run concurrently with Burroughs other sentences. Burroughs admitted in court he tossed the water pitcher claiming that he was angry because he was not allowed to receive his medications.
