Drugs & Human Remains Found In Former EOSC Instructor's Apartment

In late August, two directors at Eastern Oklahoma State College were performing safety inspections on all student\resident apartments when they discovered some things found in one of their instructors homes. Bryan Denny was an instructor at the college as well as CLEET certified investigator for the school's police department. According to reports, Bryan acted nervously during the search, and was seen moving a rolling tray from the living room to the bathroom. The directors told police that there was a strong smell of marijuana in the apartment. Being as that Bryan is a tribal member, the school's PD had to get a warrant from the tribe, which was executed by tribal police. Bryan wasn't home at the time but during the search, they say there was a strong odor of marijuana and a green substance that resembled pot shake on a coffee table. When Bryan finally got home he was given his copy of the warrant, and according to authorities, along with the shake, a pipe that was loaded with weed, they found a bag that contained four smaller bags that tested positive for cocaine. Bryan was then arrested and taken to jail but the search continued. That's when authorities found a human jaw bone with five decayed teeth in his closet. Along with all the evidence they found, police took three guns from the man, a .22 Henry semi-auto rifle, a 12 GA pump shotgun, and a .50 cal Thompson Center muzzleloader with a scope. He was charged with possession of cocaine with intent, unlawful removal of a dead body, and possession of marijuana.
