This past Sunday, 20 year old Hannah Esser was driving around when she confronted 43 year old Victor Luis, accusing him of attempting to run over a cat. Both of them got out of their cars and started arguing. That's when Hannah got into her car, turned around, and started driving towards the man, hitting him. Victor was killed in front of his apartment, and died in his only brother's arms. Hannah was arrested later that day. She's in lock up on a million dollar bail, and the investigation continues.
