An Arizona college board candidate is quitting his campaign after being caught masturbating outside a preschool. Republican Randy Kaufman was caught in the middle of the act by police while several preschool-aged children were playing outside nearby. Kaufman then tried to bribe police into letting him go by detailing his personal relationship with other officers. He's dropped out of the race to join Maricopa County's Community College Governing Board and is facing public indecency charges, along with possible felony charges.
