Woman Sets Off Firecracker, Steals A Pizza, Then Carjacks A Taxi

In Winnipeg Canada, a 31 year old woman walks into a pizza joint demanding food with a firecracker in hand. When she was refused, she lit the firecracker and ran off with the pizza. She then hops into a cab and asks the driver to take off. She was asked by the driver to get out when she became belligerent. The driver stepped out of the car to remove the woman, but when he did, she hopped in the driver's seat and took off, dragging the driver behind her for some 30 feet. Police ended up finding the cab when it got stuck in a snow bank. She tried to run but was quickly captured and arrested. The 54 year old driver was taken to the hospital for upper torso injuries but is in stable condition, and the woman was taken in and charged with two counts of robbery, possession of a weapon, and failure to comply.
