Authorities in Oregon are warning that a man suspected in the kidnapping and beating of a woman may be using dating apps to evade capture. Police say 36-year-old Benjamin Foster remains on the run but appears to be active on online dating services. He may be using the apps to lure women into helping him escape or find additional victims. The search for Foster began early last week after a woman was found bound and beaten. She was taken to a hospital in critical condition. A 25-hundred-dollar reward is being offered for information on his whereabouts. Police say he has a long history of violence against women and should be considered "extremely dangerous."
