A man is accused of swinging a sword at a toddler in Memphis, Tennessee. A judge ordered a mental evaluation yesterday for Coleman Garrett who allegedly swung the sword at a two-year-old girl and her mother outside the shelter at First United Methodist Church on North Second Street. The victim told police she was waiting in line when Garrett approached her and tried to hug her child. She said Garrett went back to his vehicle to get the sword after she stopped him. The pair were not harmed and Garrett is due again in court next week.
