Utah wildlife officials are encouraging folks to have bullfrogs for dinner. Bullfrogs are an invasive species in the area. Since it's National Invasive Species Awareness Week, the Department of Natural Resources is using this time to remind residents that they can catch and eat as many bullfrogs as they'd like. The DWR has even posted a recipe for Breaded Bullfrog Legs.
