56 year old Troy Norris was on his way home when he accidentally hit a golf cart , injuring 2, before leaving the scene. According to reports, Troy later came back saying he thought he hit an animal. One witness said that he was haulin' ass before he hit the cart. That witness followed him home and confronted him. When troopers asked him how much he had to drink, he responded with "a few". When the officer asked him if a few was a six pack, Troy responded that sounded right. Troy got a DUI and the man and woman in the cart were taken to the hospital.
