A Texas couple is behind bars for allegedly tattooing their children. Megan and Gunner Farr are accused of tying the kids up with a rope, putting tape over their mouths, and blindfolding them while crafting the body art. One child was tattooed on the foot. The other on the shoulder. Police say one of the victims was five-years-old and the other was nine. They're both now in CPS custody.
