In Indiana, 47 year old Brian Niedert and his two kids was going through grandpa's belongings when they come across a hand grenade. At some point, one of them pulled the pin, and that's when the grenade went off. Bryan was found unresponsive and the two teens, an 18 year old daughter and a 14 year old boy were injured. The teens were taken to the hospital for shrapnel wounds. The bomb squad was sent out to secure the area and look for more explosives. Law enforcement officials say it's not uncommon to find explosives from military vets, and to call authorities if you come across one.
