In the Mexican State of Coahuila, reports of a man with a Chucky doll came in to police saying they were terrorizing people for money. The man identified only as Carlos N., who was reportedly on drugs, carried the large doll around with Chucky holding a real knife, assaulting people. When police got to the scene, they cuffed both Carlos and Chucky and took them into custody. Because the female officer posed for pics with the doll and put cuffs on him at the suggestion of journalists, she's being accused of not taking her job seriously enough. Carlos spent the night in jail and was released because his crime was considered an administrative offense.
