Man Arrested Twice For DUI In 17 Minutes

If at first you don't succeed...try again. In Pennsylvania mid-September, a man driving a '74 International Harvester backed into a 2011 RAV4 at an intersection. The tractor driver then drove off from the scene with the RAV4 driver following behind him honking. He was then eventually stopped by police and arrested for DUI when he admitted that he had been drinking. They took him to the station, booked him and released him. Not but 17 minutes later, he was discovered by police operating a tractor again, and taken in for his 2nd DUI of the day. The RAV4 suffered some damage to the front but nobody was injured.
