The NYPD is investigating the death of a 44-year-old man who was found in a trash bag at his home. Police say Timothy Dargan, has been allegedly killed by his younger brother, Jayson Dargan, 41. Making it even more gruesome, Jayson was arrested for allegedly killing Timothy with a bowling ball before stuffing him into a bag and leaving it under the bed. Investigators say that after a neighbor noticed a foul smell coming from the apartment where the brothers lived, they contacted their father and called the police. Though the motivation around the murder is unclear and Jayson Dargan has not been arraigned yet, he’s facing charges of murder and manslaughter.
