The advertiser backlash is in response to Elon Musk posting “You have said the actual truth” in response to another post claiming that “Jews ‘push hatred’ against white people.” An ESPN X account finally broke the blackout with a tweet updating followers on the status of injured Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis. Advertisers like Disney, Comcast, and Apple are among many advertisers who’ve pulled away from X due to the controversy.
