Man Arrested For Threatening Sporting Goods Store

A man in Nevada is behind bars on suspicion of threatening a sporting goods store in Sparks. Police say the 23-year-old man called a Scheels store ten times between Saturday and Sunday. He allegedly told employees he wanted to buy five guns, and if he didn't get them, there might be a fight or someone might get shot. The man was arrested on Sunday, after walking into the firearms section of the store. Officers found him hiding merchandise he allegedly took from the store. They say he was also carrying seven semi-automatic rifle magazines and semi-automatic rifle parts for modification.
