A woman from Grand Island, Nebraska is under arrest and accused of threatening two children. Police say Janet Cochran told them the nine-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl got into an argument with her 18-year-old granddaughter. Officers say she then drove alongside them until she swerved and nearly hit the boy's foot. Police say Cochran admitted to following the children as they walked and driving up to the curb to scare them. She is being held for two counts each of terroristic threats and using a weapon to commit a felony.
