Man Convicted In Deadly Crash Accused Of Harassing Victim's Widow

A 21-year-old Minnesota man who was sentenced to six months of electronic home monitoring for causing a deadly crash in Grand Forks County two years ago is accused of harassment. Officials say Tyson Horton has been sending messages to the widow of victim Tom McWaters through social media. One message reportedly read "I got something for you", which McWaters' widow says scared her. Horton is charged with harassment and is due in court next month. He faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
