A South Carolina scuba diver is lucky to be alive after being attacked by a gator while diving. William Georgitis was diving last week when all of a sudden a massive gator lunged at him. According to William, The gator launched itself at him so he stuck his arm out defensively. That's when the gator grabbed ahold him. He knew that the gator was going to roll him, so he grabbed the gator in a bear hug and held on. That's when the gator took him under. Willy then grabbed his screwdriver and stabbed it in the eye causing the gator to "shake him like a ragdoll". He then took the screwdriver and jammed it in the gum line, and after another good shaking, he ran out of air in his scuba tank. Thinking he was going to die, he wrenched back as hard as he could in attempt to free his arm from the gator's jaws. He eventually made it to the surface where a man in a boat pulled him pout of the water. Willy suffered multiple gashes on his arm, but made it to the hospital for treatment.
