Prosecutors say a second-grade teacher in California who was arrested after allegedly teaching class while drunk won't be charged. Wendy Munson was arrested last October at Nuestro Elementary School in Sutter County. At the time of her arrest, deputies said her blood-alcohol level hours into the school day was nearly twice the legal limit for driving. Munson was facing DUI and possible child endangerment charges. Prosecutors say there wasn't enough evidence to prove that a crime had been committed.
