It's my party and I can shoot if I want to. According to reports, Justin Jennings of Orange County California was celebrating his 39th birthday back in early March, when he got angry and started fighting with family members that were at the party. The family members left the party and called police when he got his rifle from the gun safe and fired an entire magazine inside the home. Several deputies were called out along with the police helicopter that circled the area. That's when he went to the second story of the home and started firing rounds at the helicopter when it was in his sights. All this went on for abou8t 20 minutes until a deputy was able to talk to him and convince him to surrender. When police searched the home, they found two revolvers, two handguns, two firearms with ammunition. It's not clear what caused him to get angry, but now he's looking at a maximum of 20 years if convicted.
