Three hots and a cot is all he wants. According to reports, 41 year old Michael Fleming walked into his local Chase bank and handed the teller a withdrawal slip for 0.01. When the teller told him he could be given a penny, he then said "so you want me to say the other word?" That's when the teller notified the police. The cops showed up and took the man in for felony robbery. He told the cops that he was expecting the teller to give him the penny and he was going to sit and wait for the cops to show up, saying his goal was to be arrested. It's unclear why he wanted to be arrested since he does not have a criminal record.
