Police in Louisiana say it's a miracle a one-year-old child survived two days in a ditch off Interstate 10. The child was abandoned his mother in the tiny town of Vinton. It was a trucker who spotted the baby. The child's four-year-old brother was found dead in the water behind the Louisiana Welcome Center. The boy's mother, Aaliyah Jack of Lake Charles, was caught in Mississippi. The 25-year old is charged with failure to report a missing child.
