In Pennsylvania, 28 year old Devin Yake was cruising around on his bike when he got pulled over for a number of reasons. First reason...he had a "very friendly" Pitbull on his lap as he was riding, then it all went downhill from there. Devin was busted for carelessly driving, failure to use a turn signal, driving too fast, failure to stop at a stop sign, and no registration plate. After searching the man, they found meth in his sock, marijuana and paraphernalia. Mix all that with the active warrants he had, now Devin is on his way to jail. Police then took the dog and released it to a responsible party.
