Border Patrol agents have arrested a woman trying to cross into the U.S. with 54 pounds of dried sea cucumbers. The 55-year was trying to get into the country from Mexico through the Calexico Port of Entry. Sea cucumbers are a restricted species, with strict regulations to prevent over-harvesting.
