Back in December, a McDonald's manager in training was having some issues with her employees so she called her husband in to come help. 57 year old Dwayne Waden, a pastor in North Carolina came to help but ended up causing more issues. When he got there, he went to the back of the kitchen and started beating on one of the cooks Theodore. He then wrapped his hands around his neck and began pushing his head towards the deep fryer. Other employees were able to get the man off the worker before he went any further and Dwayne was taken in. He has since plead guilty for the misdemeanor assault and was sentenced to serve a few weeks in county jail.
