You can't be bangin' it out on a sidewalk...even in Key West. According to reports, 41 year old William Jeannot and 38 year old Diane Clawson were spotted by police at 4:20a.m. getting it on in front of a pet grooming business. Police say that Diane was bent over while Billy was behind her thrusting his hips back and forth. They kept it going until the cops turned their lights on. It was at that point that Billy put his wiener back in his pants and Diane pulled her dress down. They were both arrested for committing lascivious acts with another person. Billy recently started working for a yacht company while Diane is said to be a "facial specialist".
