A man from Indianapolis is facing four charges in Bargersville after leading police on a chase while he was naked Monday morning. David Messer has been charged with theft, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, resisting law enforcement, and disorderly conduct. Police were sent to Enclave Boulevard just after 6 a.m. for a theft-in-progress and found him naked inside a vehicle. He then led them on a foot chase before he was arrested.
