Drivers got more than they expected on their daily commute in New Hampshire when Shawn Weiner Sr. stripped naked and started wandering among traffic after crashing a stolen vehicle and fleeing the scene. The 35-year-old was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and lewdness, reckless conduct, two counts of disorderly conduct and littering after he left the crashed car behind.
