Man Wonders Who's Putting Piss Jugs In His Recycling Bin

A Portland man is upset wondering who keeps putting piss jugs in his recycling bin. According to reports, Alex Van Duyn says this problem started back in September when he noticed that the trash folk weren't emptying his recycling bin. When he went out to look inside, he noticed 6 gallon jugs filled with pee. Since urine is a biohazard, the company refused to collect the refuse. Alex eventually stopped putting his recycling out but that didn't stop the piss bandit, they just used the next open bin at the house next door. Alex tried to get some footage off his camera but it was too grainy to get any details. Alex has since filed a police report and has started putting his bin out again in different spots in hopes to catch whoever is doing the dumping.
