Woman Steals Donation Jar, Food Items from Restaurant

47-year-old Jennifer Sehy is being held in the Clare County Jail for breaking into a Harrison, Michigan restaurant.

Police received a call about a suspicious person caught on video inside the Jack Pine Restaurant on East Main Street last Thursday, where they found a hole had been cut into a wall from an adjoining apartment.

Police discovered drug paraphernalia in the apartment, which tested positive for methamphetamines. Police say Jennifer had taken a donation jar, various food items and had the hole covered by random things in the business.

She is charged with possession of meth and breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny. She is also charged as a four-time habitual offender. Her next court date is pending.
