According to reports, 56 year old Vincent Conroy was walking around a Florida parking lot wearing nothing but a t-shirt and a smile. Police spotted the man early in the morning with his junk on full display holding two bottles of wine and a can of beer. When he was confronted and asked for his name, he told police he was Charles Dickens, the famous author. After they found out his actual name, they took him in for open container and exposure of sexual organs, along with providing a false name to law enforcement. After spending a day in lock up, he was later released.
