One person is in police custody after allegedly making a "flippant remark" about a bomb while on a plane in Seattle. The Port of Seattle says the person was onboard an Alaska Airlines flight to Walla Walla at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport over the weekend when they made the comment to crewmembers. Officials say the crew secured the plane on a runway away from the airport while the FAA issued a ground stop. Flights scheduled to arrive at the airport were diverted to other airports or ordered to circle the airport until landing was authorized. Overall, about 400 flights were delayed, and six flights were canceled.
