UFC hall of famer BJ Penn is asking a judge for "identity verification" of his own mother. This comes after Penn recently claimed on social media that an identical impostor has taken the place of his mother. On Tuesday, Penn asked a Hilo family court judge to vacate the temporary restraining order his mother has against him. He also asked for a supervised identity verification. He says it would be a "very thorough identity test to make sure this unknown woman" filing the restraining order against him is actually his mother. The judge denied the request.
