According to reports, a 49 year old teacher named Kristin Wiley was on her way home with her 9 year old boy after a party over the weekend. As she was driving home at 2 a.m. she got a little close to a cop car that had another driver pulled over. When officers approached Kristin's car they spotted her son who was in the backseat, not wearing a seatbelt, curled up and crying. Officers noticed her eyes were red and watery and she smelled like alcohol. When they asked if she'd been drinking, she said no, but her boy sold her out. He said, "you can't lie to the police. You did drink." He ended up telling the cops that she had been drinking at a party, and that he had asked her to slow down while they were driving home, and that he was scared. Kristin then admitted to having two vodka mixed drinks at the party, and refused a field sobriety test, but eventually took a breathalyzer, to which she blew three times the legal limit. Not only is she getting a misdemeanor DUI, she's also looking at felony child abuse for driving drunk with the kid in the car...oh...and she gets resisting for trying to pull her hand away when they went to cuff her.
