Robots are everywhere. Sam's/Costco uses them to clean the floors. I saw one on TikTok last night that mowed the lawn for you. All I could think of was "how much could that be?" Robots in Las Vegas are even making cocktails. Like I said, THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!
But when you order a drink from a robot like in Vegas, do you think you should tip?
A TikTok influencer @mothernateur said in a video. She took her own order and a robot brought her the meal, pretty cool right? Her receipt still suggested leaving a tip. “I admit, the food was quite tasty, but the suggested tip is anywhere from $13 to $18.69. What would you tip?”
My mom was a waitress at Big Boy growing up, and I get tip money for hard work. But it's a robot, do you tip it? Does the money go to the company that owns the robot service? They're saving money on hourly employees and now they want us to tip 10-20%? Keep your food and drink. I'll just go to the kiosk at McDonalds.....wait. That's the same thing. So do you tip, or do you just walk away?
