Do You Use The Bathroom At Work?

I had a couple of roommates in my day. I had one that ran a police supplies store, and had no problem going to the bathroom at work. He said "I own the building. I'll go where I want to go." Okay

I had another roommate who worked in a bar, and he would always roll home. I would say "I thought you had to work?" and he said "I had to go to the bathroom and I need to go at home." This was strange to me. But Ilet him do his thing.

Even if you think someone else is weird because they NEED to use the bathroom at home, and not just where they are. They're actually not alone.

In fact it's not strange at all. There was a study done in the UK that found that 19% of employees refuse to go #2 at work.

It goes deeper. 11% of Gen Zer's have never went poop at work, and 48% of women admit they're afraid to go to the bathroom at the office. 60% say they've seen what a coworker did before them with their un-flushed business.

There could have to be an emergency play in your back pocket if you find yourself not being able to make it home.

Strategies for using the bathroom at work include going during less busy times and using a restroom on another floor. In-office workers take 780 bathroom breaks each year, while remote workers “go” an average of 1,040 times. What does this mean for you? Nobody else gives a S#!T at work about what you're doing. So why care? But if it really makes you feel uncomfortable then you doo you.
