Do You Need A Mental Health Boost?

Do you feel like your internal battery is always low? Do you feel like the world is against you? Truth be told it's not against you. It's that thing that is between your ears. You need a mental health boost. So how do you get one?

A study from the University of Alberta found that unplugging from the internet could be just as beneficial as therapy.

Researchers asked 467 iPhone users to install an app that blocked mobile internet while allowing calls and texts. After two weeks. What do you think happened? Yep, they felt happier and more satisfied with their lives. They also did better on attention tests! Which is something a LOT of us need in our lives right now.

"But what about my mean case of FOMO? The “fear of missing out”, disconnecting resulted in improvements in their anxiety levels.
