My Cincinnati Bengals are out of the game this year, so to keep it interesting (for me) I started rooting for the Buffalo Bills (even if it hurts my soul.)
With the bills getting a new stadium, the old stuff has got to go to make room. They are doing something we've seen done, but not sure how I feel about it.
They're selling their urinal troughs from the mens room. You know, the ones you would all line up at and let it all go. Who needs this for their house/man cave? Well.....someone does, because they plan to get them into fans hands....or bathrooms. I guess you could use it as a beer trough?
CollectibleXchange founder Brandon Steiner told Buffalo-Toronto Public Media. “There’s some stuff in some of the suites that are interesting, great photos, stuff maybe in the locker room that could be kind of quirky, one-offs.” So they plan to salvage items from the current stadium, with the county receiving 50% of sales proceeds. Even if it means the though of years of germs going through your mind.
So what's available? Well they have single stadium seats for $550, pair seats for $650, double bleacher seats for $550, seatbacks for $100, and turf pieces for $100. Each purchase includes authentication certificates and numbered holograms.
Maybe I should just wait till next season and stick with my home team.
