It's a never ending battle. If you get up you could go work out and feel better. But you still need your sleep. So what do you do? This is what's bugging a lot of American's right now. Most would rather get their sleep and skip the workout to help have a better day.
Some say they would rather sip coffee than go to the gym. With daylight saving time coming most say they would rather start their day with a cup of coffee and relaxing. My wife picks this option every time.
So weather it's sleep in, or just sit home with a cup of coffee. Start your day the way you want. Make yourself happy and the rest will fall into place.
