Where Do Half Of Your Calories A Day Come From?

I was thinking about this yesterday as I was drinking a sugar free energy drink in my kids pick up line. Half of the stuff in it I couldn't even pronounce. This got me thinking about what else am I sticking in my tank on a daily basis.

We all want to look better, but also feel better. But like with anything you get out what you put in, and if most of it's crap then you might not be on your way to be the best you.

More than half of American adults' calories come from ultra-processed foods, with children consuming even higher amounts. That's not good.

Research consistently links high consumption to heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression, and early death. So how does that energy drink look now? Not so good right?

These foods break down faster during digestion, causing blood sugar spikes and leaving people less satisfied. So you know that hungry feeling you get not even an hour later after eating? That's from the stuff you're taking in. It's not enough good stuff.

We all could use to lose a few lbs, but at what cost? Look at the label of what you're eating next time and think about it.
