AN Idaho man is facing 10 years in prison for mortgage fraud that he committed back in 2009. He got 20 million from banks to build a development. Anyway, to avoid prison, or so he thought, he had his 17 year old son shoot him in the leg with a shot gun. See he filed a disability insurance and needed to prove he had a disability and he thought he would get out of jail time. He told police he stopped to help a pregnant lady, but when they saw his wallet, BMW or his cellphone, police felt like things didn't match up. Then they got wind of his recent disability insurance filing. So now, he is facing another 3 years and 10 months and had his leg amputated.
