In France a new baby is born. As it is sometimes, picking a name for your new addition can be hard, but not for this couple. They wanted to name her Liam. Liam is traditionally a boys name, to which the French government had an issue with. The government is worried that it will likely create a risk of gender confusion. The prosecutor in the case says that name is contrary to the interest of the child and that it could harm her in her social interest, and if the parents failed to come up with a new one, then the judge can pick it.
