Man Gets Felony In Dog Toy Attack

Down in the mysterious land of Florida, a young man was playing with his dog at his apartments dog run. As, his dog was running freely, it spotted another dog that was leashed, and attacked it. As the victim dog's owner tried to separate the two, the victim dog slipped out of it's collar, as to which the man swung the leash at the dogs in attempt to spread them apart. It was at this point in time that the owner of the attacking dog came over to see what was going on. Instead of helping to separate the two dogs, he proceeds to "hit the other man in the face with a large green tennis ball launcher." When the cops showed up, the beaten man had marks and swelling consistent with being struck in the face with the toy. Dude denied hitting the man, but was taken in for ADW anyway.
